A/V 4 CHANNEL SWITCHER WITH RELAY TX SWITCH

I had a requirement to switch several video and sound sources to be simple and operate via push buttons.

I decided that 4 channels would be enough but must have adjustable video level on each channel.

buttons 1 to 4 have each got a LED above them.

The sound chip used was a CMOS 4066 analogue switch.

The video chip used was a TEA 5114 that I have used before on GB3XG 10GHz repeater Bristol and functions well.

Note the unusual Logic level for the 5114 is 3.3 Volts I used a series "R" and a "ZENER".

The unit operates from a 12V supply and sub regulates down to 5 volts for the logic chip a MACH series chip.

I also added a sound MUTE LED and button and a power on LED.

A single pole changeover relay contacts come out to a terminal both N/O and N/C
